Beginners classes are designed for… beginners! Starting something new is always a little bit of a challenge. Teachers are here to teach, help and lift you up in a such way that you feel good from your very first class.

Classes comprise:

:: Organic cleansing techniques to stimulate the internal organs.

:: Physical positions for strength and flexibility.

:: Relaxation exercises to absorb all these effects.
