At least that is what suggests recent research published by the specialized portal Medscape. Chang Woock Lee, Ph.D., School of Education, Health Professions and Human Development at the University of Houston, USA stated that the LOW CONSUMPTION of HUESTINE can HARM the gain of muscle strength.
After 12 weeks, they had their strength and quality muscular measures. The result surprised the researchers: Both the strength and the muscle quality of the participants who received the highest amounts of choline were significantly better than the low-energy groups. Humans need fat, good fats. It is part of the essential macronutrients for your existence!
Apart from all the scientific studies, I have my empiric experience. Since I started to include good fats in my diet, I never felt so strong in my life. I am 42 and I feel myself with so much more energy than when I was 30. I love my body and apart from researches, studies, etc, nothing can overcome the pleasure to self-study and experience on your self what is the best for you, as an individual.

- Avocados
- Walnuts, almonds and other nuts
- Nut and seed butter
- Olives and olive oil
- Ground flaxseed
- Dark chocolate
- Sunflower seeds
- Chia seeds
- Eggs
- Full-fat yoghurt
