How to Practice Naulí Kriyá
🌿 Best practiced on an empty stomach (morning is ideal).
🌿 Find a comfortable standing position with feet hip-width apart.
🌿 Take a deep breath in, then exhale fully and hold your breath out.
🌿 Engage Uddiyana Bandha (suck the belly inward under the ribcage). Hold for a few seconds, then relax.
🌿 With the belly drawn in, try to push only the central abdominal muscles outward.
🌿 Once comfortable, practice isolating only the left (Vama) or right (Dakshina) side.
🌿 Shift the contraction from left to right in a fluid wave-like motion.
