It’s impressive the number of students who come to me not knowing how to breathe. We live in times of high demand, at work, in our families, and inner self. Breathing and Meditation are powerful tools to lead with all these stimulations and to connect to ourselves, embracing our uniqueness and empowering our existence.
During this breathwork week, I will guide you through simple techniques that will help you to manage your emotions, and feel relaxed and centred.
The sessions will increase your vitality, respecting your physical, emotional, and mental structure. You will have tools to manage your stress, and anxiety, to sleep better, and have more focus and disposition during the day.
Structure and Material:
:: During 1 week you will receive 1 daily video session (total 7 sessions with 10 – 20 minutes each)
In each session fundamental skills such as conscious breathing, focus, body awareness, and relaxation will be explored – as well as interpersonal skills – stress management, emotional stability, mental clarity, and life goal programming.

:: 1 calendar for personal journalling, with your feelings, challenges and insights.

You will feel good since your very first session. Each session aims to increase consciousness and self-awareness. The practice routine results in more power, balance, breathing re-education, concentration, relaxation, and stress management. Anyway, if you are practicing, it is because you like it and feel good doing it.
Beginner sessions are designed for… beginners! Starting something new is always a little bit of a challenge. I am here to teach, help and lift you. Each session is unique.
Without any prejudice, a human development routine should be practised by those who are willing to change and evolve. You don’t have to be in excellent physical condition, but you should be healthy. If you have some kind of health problem speak with me. In some cases, even if I wanted to help, it wouldn’t be within my training or competence as only doctors have the technical qualification to treat.
First of all, let’s make it clear: none! But, yes, it is true that many people associate human development with a lot of radical lifestyle options, which make life hard for those who wish to make serious work of it!
