1. What will I gain with this one-of-kind programs?

You will feel good since your very first session. Each session aims to increase consciousness and self-awareness. The practise routine results in more strength, power, flexibility, balance, movement coordination, breathing re-education, concentration, relaxation and stress management. Anyway, if you are practicing, it is because you like it and feel good doing it. 

2. I am a totally beginner. Can I still do it?

Beginners classes are designed for… beginners! Starting something new is always a little bit of a challenge. Teachers are here to teach, help and lift you. Each class is unique.

Without any prejudice, a personal development routine should be practiced by those who are willing to change and evolve. You don’t have to be in an excellent physical condition, but you should be healthy. If you have some kind of health problem speak with me. In some cases, even if I wanted to help, it wouldn’t be within my training or competence as only doctors have the technical qualification to treat.

3. Which habits do I need to change in order to start?

First of all, let’s make it clear: none! But, yes, it is true that many people associate personal development with a lot of fanatical and radical lifestyle options, which make life hard for those who wish to make serious work of it!
