1. What will I gain by practising DeRose Method?

You will feel good since your very first class. Each practise aims to increase consciousness and self-awareness. The practise routine results in more strength, power, flexibility, balance, movement coordination, breathing re-education, concentration, relaxation and stress management. Anyway, if you are practicing, it is because you like it and feel good doing it. 

2. I am a totally beginner. Can I still practise DeRose Method?

Beginners classes are designed for… beginners! Starting something new is always a little bit of a challenge. Teachers are here to teach, help and lift you. Each class is unique, featuring a selection of more than 2000 DeRose Method exercises.

3. I never heard about the DeRose Method. Would that be the best for me?

Without any prejudice, DeRose Method should be practiced by those who are willing to change and evolve. You don’t have to be in an excellent physical condition, but you should be healthy. If you have some kind of health problem speak with one of our instructors. In some cases, even if we wanted to help, it wouldn’t be within our training or competence as only doctors have the technical qualification to treat.

4. Which habits do I need to change in order to start practicing DeRose Method?

First of all, let’s make it clear: none! But, yes, it is true that many people associate this fantastic philosophy of life with a lot of fanatical and radical lifestyle options, which make life hard for those who wish to make serious work of it!

The class is suitable for people of all physical fitness levels. Guests with medical conditions should check with the instructor on arrival.
