6 eggs
1 pinch of salt
250 gr of chocolate 70% cocoa
1/4 cup coconut oil
150 gr brown sugar
50 g oatmeal flour
2 teaspoons baking powder + yeast
Mix the oatmeal flour with the baking powder and yeast.
Beat the eggs with the sugar until getting a very light cream (during 5 minutes).
Melt the chocolate with the coconut oil and whisk the dry ingredients.
Preheated oven at 160 degrees, and bake for 30 minutes.
